Who are we?

thegreenhouse.eco was born out of my passion for sustainability, maintenance, gardening & DIY. Since launching and being part-time, self-employed since March 2021 and working in maintenance across several care homes & a few schools, there isn't much that I haven't faced or fixed.

What do we do?

Gardening

Garden maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.)
Hedge Cutting
Garden clearances
Grounds maintenance (12+ month commercial contracts)

Property Maintenance

Property Maintenance - anything from flat pack furniture and putting up sheds to laying flooring and installing wireless security cameras.
Basic Electrical - sockets, light switches, spotlight replacement etc.
Basic Plumbing - tap changes, shower installs, plumbing in washing machines etc.

FAQ's

How much do you charge per hour?

I don't have an hourly rate but assess each job individually and give a total cost price.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes. I cover both commercial & domestic environments.

What can you do?

Please, just give me a list of jobs you may have. I pride myself on my honesty and will tell you which of the jobs I am capable of doing to a high standard.

What if you can't do some of the jobs?

I've built up a really good network of other contractors so if for whatever reason I can't do a job, I'll know someone who can.
